I purchase a money order from krogers in conway ar on 5/10/2017 of 250.00 for an deposit for an apartment. I went back on 05/15/2017 with my receipt to cash the money order because i got denied for the apartment. The teller would not cash it because he states it showed declined and i have to contact certegy. I should have not problem cashing a money order that i paid for and have my receipt. I need to know were i need to go to get my money back.!
