Refuse to refund Money: Greendot, Moneypak

The Moneypak card that was supposed to be an easy reload was purchased 7/11/2018. I have a picture of a full receit and the moneypak card. I originally was told to set up a profile on moneypak to reload my greendot card. I did. The number I put in said invalid. I did what the company set for a procedural guidline; sent a picture of the product and the receit. I was emailed backed and then called. I was told to contact greendot to see if they would load the card for me. I did. They sent me an email and told me to try again. I did and it said the card was already used. Checked my bank account impossible. Called Greendot was told the $170 dollars was there and try reloading again. They had me verify rather the numbers were correct several times. I read it from the back of the image sent to me. There was no confusing the numbers. I tried again anyway. An email was sent to me telling me to go back to moneypak to request a refund. I could not request a refund as it would not take the moneypak numbers. Talked to someone else again last night. They repeated the same procedure, verifying rather the numbers were correct several times and told me the money was there, to try again. I did, the same result, the card is invalid. I received an email today saying they were trying to reach me. They sent me an email to tell me to verify with my Father if the numbers are correct. My Father has already given me a picture. I just wanted a refund. The money was needed urgently.

horrible customer service and refusinget to add my mone

I purchased a MoneyPak at around 6 p.m. and try adding it to my GreenDot card I had tried to add it too many times to quickly and it told me I was basically locked out of my account I called MoneyPak customer service and they said that they would manually enter it into my Green Dot account but that it would take 45 minutes to 24 hours for it to post to my GreenDot card well it has been almost 48 hours and it has not posted I have literally called 48 times trying to get through to somebody to have them help me I've called from numerous different phones and they will only answer my phone when I call from a different phone number then they tell me they are transferring me to their supervisor or to the business department when all I want to do is get my money as I requested then I get disconnected when I try to call back I am put on hold again and repeatedly disconnected it is $100 that I'm trying to post and I am extremely upset but the way I have been treated when all I have read quested with the money put on my card I was in a store trying to make a purchase 2 hours away from home was trying to pay for gas to get home and could not even put gas in my car to get home I ended up sleeping in my car that night because I literally had no money

I Google moneypak customer service and the 858-381-3549 was giving..call and talk to a gentleman stating CS told him my issue..he ask for all info for security reason also my Moneypak number.. which was given only because i thought i was speaking with an moneypak CS person..was told my issue would be taken care of in 72hr ..after. Checking after my $500 was gone of my moneypak...cause that number back for answer and was told it will be automatically load to my card on file after the full 72 hours.....still no money on my card...i feel very overwhelmed and stupid...it was money to order Christmas items for my grands...File a complaint with moneypak/green dot hoping they can see who loaded to numbers off the moneypak only to tell me they are not responsible for giving me my money back.
