horrible customer service and refusal to add funds
I purchased a MoneyPak at around 6 p.m. and try adding it to my GreenDot card I had tried to add it too many times to quickly and it told me I was basically locked out of my account I called MoneyPak customer service and they said that they would manually enter it into my Green Dot account but that it would take 45 minutes to 24 hours for it to post to my GreenDot card well it has been almost 48 hours and it has not posted I have literally called 48 times trying to get through to somebody to have them help me I've called from numerous different phones and they will only answer my phone when I call from a different phone number then they tell me they are transferring me to their supervisor or to the business department when all I want to do is get my money as I requested then I get disconnected when I try to call back I am put on hold again and repeatedly disconnected it is $100 that I'm trying to post and I am extremely upset but the way I have been treated when all I have read quested with the money put on my card I was in a store trying to make a purchase 2 hours away from home was trying to pay for gas to get home and could not even put gas in my car to get home I ended up sleeping in my car that night because I literally had no money this is absolutely ridiculous and I'm to the point of Contacting my attorney
