I have Not used my card in awhile simply because i work its monies from child support. I went to use the card on monday July 20, 2020 the balance said o balance i was stunned. so I have been on the phone for 2 days NO result. I want to know how can someone be contacted I have been on the phone for hours then it hangs up. HELP HELP I need my money someone is taking my money in GEORGIA.

I have not used my card in awhile but i go to use it all of my money is gone! I look at a transaction that was sent to my phone for the last 8 to 10 transactions they were in Atlanta, I live in Detroit Michigan. I have been trying to contact someone from customer service for the last 2 days by telephone, I would be on the phone for hours and then all of a sudden the phone hangs up. There is no to talk to. HELP HELP need someone or a way to contact for a resolution. please contact. or answer phones
