Bad service
Good day,
I have been struggling for a long time to get help from the Department of Labor. When phoning your local offices there is no answer or the phone is picked up and set down immediately. When you want help the only office that are prepared to assist is the one in Springs. Most of the time they get into trouble because it is not their job to assist the public with the questions we need answers to, but like a good service provider they will rather get into trouble than have customers who are unhappy.
I feel that the local offices should have a designated person to help with phone queries and be friendly and well informed.
At this stage I would like to thank Melanie and Etienne that are at the Springs offices for their help as well as all the other people that try to help even though they are not properly trained and sometimes struggle with rude customers, but always do their best.
We as workers and more importantly customers have the right to be heard. I hope you will treat us right in future.
