Never received item
On 6/21/19, I ordered a small quilt bag from an online shopping website called moomoobrands.com. They never sent me an order confirmation so I assumed the order did not go through until I saw that they debited the money from my checking account on 6/22/19.I have made many attempts to contact them via their website at support@moomoobrands.com but to no avail. I have copies of all correspondences. I have also tried contacting them through the phone number on their website, 307-461-9637 which is constantly busy. The physical address they have on their website is Moomoobrands, 1603 Capitol Ave., Suites 314-900, Cheyenne, WY 82001.
Although the order was only $12.99, I expect to receive the item I ordered since they have my money. At one point I had my mother create an account to see if they were still in business and they responded immediately to her e-mail. She however did not purchase anything. So, I reached out to them again, but again silence. I don't what recourse I have, but in my mind this is stealing. I would really like the item for which I paid and call it a day. They said on the website that the order could take 2-4 weeks. Well, it's been 4 weeks and they won't even give me an order number. I'm filing this complaint so this can be investigated so that it doesn't happen to anyone else, and maybe I can get my merchandise in the process. Thank you for your cooperation.
