I received an email from [email protected] stating that lawyer Stanley Morgan from Morgan & Assoc. Law Firm is representing a suit against me on behalf of Cash Advance America four an outstanding balance of 1296 dollars. The email contained zero information about the suit except that I was being charged for fraudulent banking, theft, and check fraud. The email continues to state that my employer will be contacted and my wages could be garnished. I have no experience with Cash Advance America nor have I taken out any loans with them. I was told my case would in front of judge with a day and time, but not a specific date. I was told my entire debt would be $15483.00, not to include lawyers fees levied upon me. I was instructed to contact the law office accounting department to settle charges. THIS IS A SCAM! Thank goodness I did research and found out about other people receding the same scam information with just names, and dollar amounts changed. THIS IS A SCAM! PEOPLE'S LIVES ARE RUINED BY THIS EVERYDAY! We must do something to stop this. Please let me know what I need to do to report this and try to make this stop!
