I had asked them to consider taking a case when my Gold's Gym membership had some cancellation practices that I feel over charge the user and make it incredibly difficult to cancel. So I called and stated my case. They wanted to make another case about the fact that the company handling the business for Gold's Gym was calling me because I stopped payment.

I made it very clear that the reason I was calling was about the cancellation policy and NOT the phone calls. I expressed that they weren't harassing me in any way and that their contacting me was appropriate. I stated again that was wasn't appropriate was how difficult Gold's Gym makes it to cancel the membership and thereby ends up charging the customer so much more because while you are trying to cancel, and while they are making it very hard, they keep charging you, knowing that you won't be able to cancel.

Morgan and Morgan just kept focusing on the phone calls and finally said I didn't have a case. Well, no surprise there because the phone calls were never the problem.

They never addressed my original complaint and I never heard anything from them for months. 6 months went by, my account at Gold's Gym went to a collection agent and I get a random certified mail from Morgan and Morgan. I admittedly didn't bother to pick it up. That ship had sailed.
