I would like to give you some feedback regarding your employees working attitude and responsibilities. Your employee was sending the parcel to my home.Once he arrived my home,he horned and sit inside his poslaju delivery van.He was requested me to open gate and collect my parcel inside his van. I would like to ask is this the procedure of your company when you deliver something to your customers? Why he never come down from the van instead of sitting inside the van and request us to collect our parcel inside the van? Compare to other courier service company,I think your company should need further improvements on your employees for the customer service and working attitude. I hope that you can looking forward for this issue as this is not the first time they do so.I don’t know their name,but they are Malay employees which is quite chubby.
