For past 3 to 4 minths my account is been charged for recurring subscription for MS OFFICE.
Please noted it was only for one minth i.e June 2018 i asked for one mont subscription.

So please stop debting my account.

And please remmit my the chrges for past 3 to 4 months at the earliest.

It is submitted that an amount of Rs 3,629/- have been wrongly debited from my credit card on dated 13/03/2017, even I have not received and submitted one time password on my mobile number for this transaction. It shows that it is unauthorised transaction.
Keeping in view of the above you are requested to investigate the issue and refund of the same amount in my account at earliest please.
