Warranty Claim
I would like to complaint about your claim... I was just bought HRV for 1 month and there is a door side paint fall off....the service advisor told me i have to booking for an appointment and taking from morning to evening to verify the claim? After that I have to come back again once confirm the claim... This is not our fault to caused the body paint to peel off... This is Honda improper painting job! Do you think we can always go in and go out when we are on duty? Waste my time and money due to Honda product but to buy a defect car....
