I have been using this hotmail account for many years. Last week I found that my e mail was blocked. I made a report and it was not ubtil today when i change my password I only realized that there were numerous unknown e mail sent out on the 12th, August 2021. I was shocked and immediately deleted everything including my in box and out box. Now I found that I can sent out my files buy couldn't see my incoming mails in my outlook mailbox.
I am very worried that my hotmail might not be secure anymore. I hope to seek your advise on how do I continue to use this mailbox without any of these security issues anymore.
Please help as i wouldn't want to loose this mail box.

I ordered a product that was advertised on your site it was for a evapotative cooler from a firm called hyperstech-it turns out they are in Hong Kong and their product is greatly misrepresented on your site -I called them and then E-Mailed them to cancel my order -first they said it would be canceled and my money refunded and then less than 24 hours later they said it had been shipped but I should refuse it and they would refund my money-it arrived today and I refused it -if I get my money back is another matter as I do not trust them-and you should cease to accept their business
