Rude Driver

At 3:45 pm on Friday at the Bus stop ( between Astoria Blvd & Steinway Street) going to Flushing route.I saw the Q19 on the bus stop while a few people were getting off ,so I took out my metro card, to get on board, and the bus drive saw me then closed the door in front of my face. What the HELL!!!! This is BS!!!! This driver should learn a course on "Courtesy, Professional and Respect". What BS!!!!!!!!

almost 40 minutes waiting

On Christmas Eve had to wait for the M14D bus going west approximately 40 minutes. The Federal Government is shut down not the NYC Government. This was my first day venturing out after being sick for several days. I did not plan on standing in the cold for 40 minutes. Then when a bus finally did come, it was packed. I waited for the next bus, which was empty.

On the same day I was transferring to the number M1, M2 or M3 bus and the number M2 bus driver did not stop. I heard from a fellow bus rider that you practically have to throw yourself in front of the bus to get them to stop. Does anyone do the job they were hired to do in the MTA?
Who is in charge of these crazy/rude bus drivers who don't do their job?

Bus driver terminates early every morning

10/02/18 Brooklyn, B62. The bus driver makes the passengers get off at Navy and York St at 8:52 am. Then the bus goes out of service and he goes in a different direction from the last stop. The bus number was 4530. Other passengers have complained this happens every morning.
