The BX 18 bus is the shortest and worst bus line in the 5 boroughs. There is NO dispatcher on this line. Therefore, it is no surprise that anything goes! Bus drivers do not adhere to the "posted" bus schedules and arrive at bus stops at any time. They may be 5 minutes early or 15 minutes late. This is very distressing to employees that rely on this bus line for weekday rush hour transportation. Our employers are not interested in hearing our stories. We are expected to arrive at work on time and not be late EVERY DAY. To compensate for this erratic bus service, most of us are forced to pay for cabs to take us to YANKEE STADIUM subway stop on the D and #4 lines. The other alternative would be to pay additional money for fare on the METRO NORTH.

Also, why are the oldest, shabbiest and dirtiest busses used on this line? There are a lot of senior citizens and handicapped people that use this line. This is not fair to them. There are 3 schools that have students that use this line early mornings and late afternoons. More buses are needed on this line during the weekday rush hours. On weekends, buses need to run more frequently. We wish that the MTA would take these complaints and recommendations, seriously and address this concern soon.

This is a serious complain. Bus driver from route 108 in forest hills queens ( Q 23) bus #4031 pick up from 71 st an continental going towards 108 street is being extremely rude to the passengers, he told one of the gentle man that he will throw him out of the door Did not stop at the designated stop to pick up the passenger

He was also rude and dominating to older people in the bus. When i challenge him he was also rude ask me to shut up and take a sit or get off the bus?

Please check his mental situation before he goes and keep on insulting other passenger and become harmful
