The bus supposed to stop by BOND STREET Om at 5.08pm but the driver is late and didn't even come to bus lane for people who wants to take a ride. The passages are waving at the driver but the driver just stayed in the middle lane and let the passengers wait in cold wind. This is so unproffesional!

To Whom it May concern,
The MTA provides "Express" Bus service from the outer boroughs to Manhattan. Service from Staten Island is especially glacial. This applies to all "Express" Buses, but especially the X14. This bus runs on a geological time schedule. It is NEVER on time. My "Express" Bus trip takes 2 to 2-1/2 hours on most days---and I AM ONLY 20 MILES FROM MY DESTINATION. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Service cut-backs re-routed this bus through Water St.This adds ONE HOUR to the daily molasses ride to work. I can't believe that the ridership is inflicted with this poor level of service for our $6.50 fare. I live in a poor served by public transportation area of Staten Island and HAVE NO CHOICE. To be inflicted with this level of service day after day is torture. The MTA must act to improve and quicken service on this bus line immediately. When the next round of fare hikes is announced, I will be a vocal supporter of mass public disobedience to end the blatant of the MTA to its ridership.
