Poor customer service

Good day I havea serious problem with the MTN network everytime they keep on charging me for the services that I can't use and everytime they keep on giving me different references numbers and when I do follow up they don't call me or give me update am sick and tired of the services that has been rendered to me am not happy at all everytime I buy data and voice minutes my airtime is being deducted but I don't get those things that I purchase and noone is willing to correct this from MTN I have logged complaints several times till this day no answer

Bad service

I went to MTN vaal mall regarding problem with my contract phone, the referred me to Vodacom as they don't have technicians and Vodacom refuse to help us as it is MTN contract phone. Know how the Hell will I get my phone fixed?? This is really bad guys.....

Rude behavior n bad service

Their soo rude n soo terrible they do not even respect nor reward loyalty. If for whatever reason u can't make payment they will not even have the curtesy to call but they will send threatening sms that's all. They will block the lines for incoming n out going calls why is incoming calls an issue how are they affected by that why block them.
Please stop being inhuman pathetic n bitter incoming calls have nothing to do with u so please refrain from being pathetic n blocking incoming calls 11

poor customer service

I blocked my phone because it was stolen. Now I found it, and I already sent my ID document, proof of purchase and affidavit!!! But my phone is still blocked. My ITC no. Is 169 850 53. And the number that I was using is 078 533 1536. Please help me.

CELLPHONE WARRANTY

I UPGRADED MY CONTRACT WITH MTN ON THE 02ND FEBRUARY 2014...7 DAYS AFTER THAT I HAD TO HAVE THE SONY EXPERIA REPAIR SINCE THE BACK COVER BROKE...I TOOK IT TO THE STORE THAT I UPGRADED IT FROM AND THEY TOLD ME THAT UNFORTUNATELY IT WAS ALLREADY THE 8TH DAY ...WHICH MEANS THE GUARANTEE HAS FALLEN AND THEY WILL HAVE TO SEND THE PHONE TO THEIR REPAIR CENTRE TO EVALUATE...THEY CAME BACK TO ME REQUESTING ME TO PAY FOR THE REPAIR WHICH THEN COST ME R450...I PAYED IT CAUSE I WANTED TO USE THE PHONE AGAIN...THEY REAPIRED THE PHONE BY REPLACING THE BACK COVER...AND I COLLECTED AND USED THE PHONE....IN THE MEANTIME I DECIDED TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT WHICH MEANT I HAD TO PAY MTN R8622 TO CLOSE MY CONTRACT...I DID THAT AND EVERYTHING WAS OKAY UNTIL I TOOK A PICTURE IN THE WATER WITH THE PHONE...(THIS PHONE IS A EXPERIA Z1-YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE ABLE TO TAKE A PICTURE IN THE WATER WITH THE PHONE)...THIS WAS ULTIMATELY THE REASON WHY I DECIDED TO GO FOR THIS PHONE....NOT ONES WAS THERE ANY MENTION OF WARRANTY EXPIRY...I RETURNED THE PHONE AGAIN FOR REPAIR AND WAS ADVISED THAT THE PHONE HAS BEEN DETERMINED TO BE BER(BEYOND ... REPAIR) ...WHAT DOES THAT MEAN FOR ME NOW ... IM SITTING WITHOUT A PHONE AFTER SPENDING R9072 ... THIS IS HOW MTN HAS TREATED ME AND I AM NOT HAPPY...AFTER BEING SUCH A LOYAL CUSTOMER TO THEM FOR YEARS...WHY ADVERTISE A PHONE WHICH YOU MAY USE IN WATER AND THEN TELL ME AFTER A REPAIR TO THE DEVICE THAT THE DEVICE HAS BEEN DEEMED WITH THE EFFECT OF BEING LIQUID DAMAGED...WHAT A JOKE...DON'T BUY SONY DEVICES ESPECIALLY NOT FROM MTN...MY NUMBER WAS 0837920096

Bad Service

I apply for a contract Bredasdorp store.I have been aproved via sms. After a while the store lady call for permission to activate the contract so long.They going to contact me when the stock arrive. Its now 3 WEEKS I STILL RECEIVE NONE AND THEY DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPPENED TO MY CONTRACT.THEY KEEP TELLING THEY WILL COMEBACK TO ME.

Poor customer service

The MTN - The Grove Pretoria has on the most unrule set of staff - When i presented them a problem I was told that they will look into it but there is nothing they can do - they do not care about it and they only work for MTN and I can go to hell. I am a customer of MTN for the past 10 year and this is how consultant treat client - I am changin to another cell company...

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. I was abroad for few months ago and I didn't make any payment arrangements. When i come back last month, my account was hand3ed over to MTN Attorneys. What happened is, they requested a certain amount before MTN can reconnect my Sim, i did pay that amount on the 15 of March till today my Internet is not working. I've calling everyday since then and i spoken almost the hole MTN staff and they are telling me different things. Now I was speaking to one of them she's still saying your line will be activated withing twenty four hours. Really I'm not happy at all. And if i call still i have to explain the same thing to who I'm talking to. Please help. The number of my Sim is 0718878329
