My customer no95374139:DSTV ,sent me messages to come back to DSTV,for R299 .00,this after i stopped viewing ,for about a year,i then reinstated my a/cin May 2020 ,and duly paid the said amount of R299.00,and June as well, my payments are due on the 7th of every month, to my surprise i am now disconnected on the 30/06 2020 ,claiming R399.00 ? .Have sent EMail to them .

Catch up not working

Good day

My Dstv catch up has not been catching up for the past 3 weeks , i called the callcentre and they tried to reboot it but its still not working.

its very frustrating as I pay for a service but instead i get nothing in return from them.

please can someone from Dstv advice what i need to do in order for my dstv catch up to work.
