Suspended Account After Payment

I was offered a Price Lock option of R903 by DSTV in Feb 2023 however DSTV has not allowed me to pay that they always suspend my viewings and want more money from me as high as R1400 even now I paid on the 29th May and today my services is suspended . This has been going on since February 2023 and now it is June 2023. It is a scam and extortion at its best.

Billing on explorer

I been billing since October 2019 for a explorer unit at Dstv that I don't have
I phone several times and promises are made that they will investigate and come back to me
I must go but airtime every time and when I call them to call centre they say they will investigate
But they send me sms say that they put my view off and again I call them I pay every month what u supposed to pay but again sms are sending to me that my Dstv viewing is off due outstanding amount I'm getting frustrating nd no one help me

Please assist me.

Installation Wizard

when i put my dstv on like every other morning an error (installation wizard) which I phoned dstv multiple times with no answer or how I can get rid of this error, all they told me I need to get someone to come check.

I phone someone to check and all he done was to press a button on the remote which cost me R350 something that a consultant could of told me to do which none of them knew. I very upset for people working in place but don't know their job.

fair enough we paying so much for dstv but when we phone no one can help.

[Resolved] Repeat Repeat Repeat Repeat Repeat

To whom it may concern

I have been a DSTV subscriber for many years,
I would like to raise Issues I have with the content DSTV shows...
They are repeated very frequently, It is understandable if you show the programmes twice or thrice not like 10 times during the year....

For example I watch certain channels like 174...
Come Dine With Me South Africa so many episodes are repeated all the time!!!!
Also they years old episodes not recent or current stuff.

Also channel 181, 182, 132, 114 .... and indian packages.

They subscription goes up but same old boring stuff nothing that is new...
or if it is new it goes so old due to episodes or content been repeated.

For example DSTV or MultiChoice should be much more updated due to many other internet tv and competitors been in the current market!

The price we as subscribers pay is alot to be ripped off!!!!
Please can someone address this issue or work on the current content to be more recent and updated than showing us all crap that history!!!

There are a lot of people that is aware of the repeats, who mention this time and time again but go unanswered ...
Please note that this keeps happening there will be a decline in subscribers also loss of value customers which may result in downfall of DSTV/MultiChoice.

Poor service

Good day

I am disgusted with the service we have received from Multi choice.

We've been struggling with them from Saturday the 7th of May to get my parents decoder activated. They have given us an ref nr to make payment to we did do that immediately at Pick N Pay.

We have then send through an request for the change of ownership to be done. On Monday it still wasn't done of which my father went to the office to do the change. After spending nearly two hours there your consultant " Ronnie " de-activated " our extra view decoder at home and change that into his name with out my fiance permission. We then went there our self's with the decoder that should have been transfer to my dad's name they have then removed it and re activate it to my fiance account.

Meaning now for the 3rd time we need to go there to get the actual decoder transfer. That means that my parents have paid for a service that is still not available for them to enjoy.

We suggest you send your consultants on proper training so when customers come to do something they will be sufficient enough to be of help.

If the decoder is not transfer today and my parents can't use it by COB today I will be going to Hello Peter
