walka vouchers for clients
As at 1st Nov 2018 DSTV went digital which means our walka could not play anymore. We made enquiry and wer told to go into Head office in Goodwood and they give you a voucher for R500.00 because the walka is now useless. We took the trouble to go into Goodwood as from where we are its about 50km one way. We spoke to a agent and were told in 4 weeks we would get a takealot voucher mailed to us. The REf; 403425 was gven since thennothing has happened.DSTV/Multichoice did not tell walka clients that by going digitvenal your walka was useless. Can somebody get back to us and explain what is happening.
