Multichoice Complaint

My DSTV subscription was suddenly suspended on the 10 January 2020.
When I called DTV the lady informed me that my subscription was not paid, which I failed to understand because its paid via debit order.
Thought multiple calls yo them they informed me that I was suppose to pay immediately for the upgrade the extra view and PVR subscription that was added in december and I told them that this information I was never informed, I assumed that all of this will be added on the next bill which would take place in January.
I logged a complaint which they were suppose to go and investigate by checking their telephone calls to prove my statement which they informed that it will take 24-48 hrs.
48hrs ended yesterday and all they had to say was sometimes it takes longer than that.
Since the 10 Jan I'm sitting without TV and this is someone that paid their subscription via debit order and was not given the full information by the service consultants.
