Withheld R2 000 that I accidentally paid into there account
I accidentally paid R2 000 into DSTV account a one month and 16 days. I called them and they confirmed that the money was deposited and that I need to send copy of ID and bank statement which I did 7 times and called them 4 tomes of which one call was for 31 minutes. I have spoken to supervisor and department managers but till today nothing has been done.
This money was suppose to go into my sister's acccount to buy food during the lockdown may I add and by the way I am a subscriber with them as well.
