Construction of stairs on municipal chamber

We are the resident of Gobind Colony,rajpura.i want to submit a complaint against construction of stairs on municipal junction box on road. The space has become less just due to that construction. This complaint has been filed from the month of March 2018.No action has been taken by municipality.
