Administrative error

Dear Musafir Team,

I had applied for my mom’s 90 days single entry cisa to UAE on 10th Sept, with a clear instruction that the travel date was 23rd Sept.

Ms. Jinal Mohite, your staff, assured that it will take 5-7 working days. We are today on 21st of Sept. and I did bot received a visa copy yet. She informed me that there was an error from an immigration side which is unacceptable on my side. Neither is Jinal replying my email. Poor customer experience.

After I got in touch with your customer service number, Mr. Rikin Sheth emailed me saying that an error was from Immigration office and it can only be rectified on 23rd EOD, i.e the date of travel.

I will be filing an ecomplaint with the UAE government, and recover the loss happen to me.

not served rightly

Got my package done from Uae for singapore malaysia from 11-18th of august 2018 for my family of 5 people.
in the package i asked for and paid for a 4* hotel n got this 3* hotel from musafir.com in malaysia....very bad experience and no response from musafir team.The hotel had no swimming pool facility so we asked at the desk whether it was a 4* hotel to which the receptionist replied a no they said the hotel is a 3* hotel in hilton group .We called the agent who gave us the package for this and she just told us its a 4* hotel without reconfirmming or having to listen what we had to say very bad response from the team.

The hotel I got is Hilton garden inn north malaysia kuala lampur and on google itself they say its a 3* hotel. The hotel had flies n mosquitos all over especially in the lobby area and a weird smell.
also my tour package has only city tour for 3hrs 9am-12.30pm n sunway lagoon the park on the next day in a 15-18th august package.Taking lots of money and not providing quality service. The coach arranged for malaysia from singapore on 15th august 2018 was also poor it was a massage first class coach but had nothing working in it.

Reimbursement

I had booked a holiday package from Musafir.com my hotel, airline ticket and transfers, from Dubai to London, after reaching and clearing the emigration there was no one to pickup us, on calling the local number provided to us they kept us hold for nearly 10 mins with out any reply so as I was not using local sim i disconnected and spoke to Musafir Office the person asked me to take a cab and go we will refund it.
It cost me 170 pounds from Airport to the Hotel. and even while back to Airport they charged me again 10 pounds from London I reached Scotland and the hotel was in the outskirts and I clearly mentioned them that I need it in central because it was a family trip and I had my 3 years old son, seeing this again I called them back to they just apologizes for the inconvenient, I adjusted for that after reaching here I ask them for the refund see below the conversation.

Dear Asma, & Nina,

It was a bad experience of my trip to London which you people had organised. note the below mentioned points where i was not at all satisfied.

1. As we landed in London we didn't find anyone to pick us from the airport even after calling the local no. there was no help they kept me on hold for nearly 15 min. with out any response asking me to keep on hold till they check, at last ended with hiring a cab and reaching the destination by our own

2. All the vouchers we carried for the pick and drop was with the luggage of 5 pieces except from London to Heathrow Airport it was 3 pieces, we had one big suitcase and 3 hand luggage of 7 kilos each, the driver refuse to take the baby stroller and charged us 10 pounds for carrying it, I has already clarified with you people regarding the luggage and it was told there will be no problem.

3. The Hotel given to us in the Edinburgh was in outskirts inspite of my regular follow up to be in central.

Kindly arrange a meeting to speak with you all.

With reference to the below complaint, please note that the flight landed at 06:11 hrs. and the driver waited till 07:43 hrs.

Since, the clients did not show up, so the driver has been released and the No-Show charges applied.

With reference to your mail please check the timing of gprs he left at 6:40 where your partner says he was their till 7:43, I had called you at 7:30 and even to your partner they have the records ask them to check the timings of my call, its bullshit what they are speaking, I dont know anything about your partner I paid you to get the service, its your part to see I get the service not an excuse,

If you can't do that I shall take this matter to the next level may be i may involve even customer complaint against you people, so please refund me back the money utilized and close the matter.

The above is the correspondence had with them now they say that we were late in reaching, it was not our fault we were there at
6:45 am but he has left at 6: 40 am as the flight landed at 6:15 as per london time, it takes time to clear the emigration and come out. now they deny the payments.
