ECPC Subang Jays - item still not receive PS649188718093

It was already past a week and my items are not update information since 13/11/2020 at ECPC Subang Jaya.
Untill now19/11/202 i still not receive yet. Please expedite cause i ned that items for my company shipment.

Tracking no PS649188718093 status semasa sehingga 13 Nov 2020 penghantaran telah dispatch keluar dri ECPC SUBANG JAYA. Tetapi sampai hari ini 19 Nov 2020 saya masih tidak lagi menerima apa-apa update info tentang penghantaran barang dari pos laju .

Mohon kerjasama POS LAJU untuk menghantar barang saya secepatnya kerana hampir seminggu barang tidak sampai lagi. Saya telah call ECPC SUBANG JAYA tiada yang menjawab panggilan.

Diharapkan pihak pos laju dapat menangani masalah penghantaran lewat kepada pelanggan.
