Dear Poslaju, EE177279916TH

Please help..We shipped our parcel from Thailand on 24 July under tracking: EE177279916TH; ThaiPost confirmed that it departed Thailand by Malaysia Airlines Flight MH0783, but your Poslaju system is not updated since 24th July. When calling your team, they said it is not yet in Malaysia according to the system. Then I call Malaysia Aircargo, MASKargo said the EE177279916TH attached with Consignment Note:
THBKKCMYKULAAEM02457002000157 was received from ThaiPost on 29 July and flew to Malaysia same day. On 30 July 2020, MASKargo handed over to Pos Laju Office at 11.06 am, and still your staff said NOT YET in Malaysia. I am sure it is already in KUL. Could you please ask your team to scan the parcel faster? It is 2 weeks now since the date of posting. Why still get stuck in the transit office and none of the staff know where it is if you guys don't even scan to update info? Please, I do need my parcel urgently. Please refer to the E-mail from Malaysia Airlines/Cargo for your reference.
