Non-Receipt of Goods and Membership Charges
I also paid $4.95 in June 2020 for shipping for a yarn and pattern kit that never arrived. Since then, I have been charged a $19.00 membership fee for July and August. I cancelled my membership in July after I was charged and had not received the advertised kit. I was then charged in August after I had canceled. I am disputing the August charge through my credit card company. I regret not reading the reviews before signing up since there are reputable yarn subscription services. Thank you
