Too many charges

How do I correct the problem of 3 $54.00 payments and 2 $37.00 payments that were made to you? It should have only been a $37.00 payment to you and I have no idea where the $54.00 payments came from. I was trying to watch the videos on my phone and only got through about one half of one of them and could not get back to them to watch them. Can you give me the site where I can watch them please?
