This company charged me for months for a membership that I never signed up for. I was away for 5 months and unable to access my accounts so I did not see the charges until I returned. I immediately called my credit card. Now My Yarn Club tells me that they cannot return my money. Terrible company. do not use them.

This company totally scams people out of money. You think you are just paying shipping for your free yarn sample and then low and behold, they register you into a recurring membership at $20 a month and then won't refund your money. They have charged me three months in a row and won't refund my money. I have received nothing for those charges. Just Google them to see all of the complaints. Very deceptive practices.
