Mydin Taman Anggerik sop syok sendiri

Apa pandai2 buat sop sendiri mall nie..nak tunjuk 2 cert plak nak masuk..Kita nak move forward..move forward..bukan move backward..mana la datang arahan nie..tak Kan dari HQ..tapi staff hq die Pon dok tido banyak..

Kerajaan dah Relax sop ko pandai pandai nak ketatkan plak..memang backward thinking budak2 nie..

Dulu uncle keluar astro awani marah2 pasal sop..sekarang staff uncle Pon pening buat sop..

Expired Dates

On 3/08/2021, I bought two boxes of Dates (Each 5 ringgit) and after testing them at home, I realized that they have turned. It has a bad taste and I got shocked how dare they sell expired products in Mydin. It is really disappointing.....

Staff Rude

Staff tak friendly, bila tanya muka dan suara nak marah.Staff tu duduk dekat bahagian barangan basah.Kalau yer pun ada masalah jangan terbawa2 ke tempat kerja.Tolong ambil tindakan, hantar staff pegi training bagaimana nak entertain customer dgn betul.Customer tanya elok2 ni tidak nak marah.Musim pkp ni kerja la elok2 ramai diluar sana hilang pekerjaan.Harap pihak Mydin Meru ambil tindakan.Terima Kasih.

ILLEGAL THINGS BY ACC AND MANAGEMENT

Please check sistem cashier Mydin Taman Rinting Johor. They do illegal thing tapi management takde buat ape ape tindakan sebab Malas nk fikir dan nak senang kerja. HQ shud turun padang dan check. This is serious case.

1.Cashier short tapi acc suruh bayar duit tepi
2.Sexual harrasement by 1 guy acc
3.Not follow sop kerja
4.One acc guna duit dalam cashier room untuk beli barang peribadi

Perkhidmatan teramat teruk staff Mydin terhadapa pelangan

Pada tarikh 24hb bermulalah sejarah hitam layan Khidmat Pelangan Mydin terhadap saya sebagai pelanggan.

1. Khidmat kaunter pembayaran dilokasi kajang dimana pembayar kaunter terlalu lembab.

2. Whatapps bagi Aduan Pelanggan tidak berfungi langsung.

Secara keseluruhan Khidmatan Seluruh Mydin tidaklah bagus sangat.....dari telephone Operator, Khidmatan Pelanggan, termasuklah Management Mydin memang teruk......bila menghubungi pengguna talian talipon memang amat sukar dan terpaksa menunggu melebihi 10 min dan keseluruhannya sememang teruk.

Saya rasa pada seketika ini, sebagai pengguna kena boikot mmbeli di Mydin kerana tidak menghargai pelanggan.

Food

Pada tarikh 7 disember 2020 pukul 8.30 saya ke mydin membeli ayam sebanyak 3 ekor.. dan apabila saya pulang ke rumah , saya membuka ayam tersebut , ayam tersebut telah mempunyai bau dan pucat warnanya .. adakah ini salah saya atau pun pihak mydin..

STAFF BIADAP

Pada tarikh 23/07/2019 lebih kurang jam 0100pm saya dan ibu pergi ke MYDIN SEMENYIH MALL untuk membeli barang. Apabila sampai di satu sudut barangan produk kosmetik, ibu saya telah bertanya kepada seorang staff wanita. "Dik berapa ya harga bedak maybelline yang bawah sekali tu" dan tag hrga pada bedak itu memang tidak nampk atau mungkin macam senget atau terjatuh. Tetapi sungguh mengecewakan staff wanita itu menjawab dengan cara agak kurang ajar ya " dah ada harga kan kat bawah tu" excuse me, kalau dah ada takde la ibu saya tanya lagi ya bitch? Saya geram sebab ibu saya tanya elok elok kot. Lepas tu ibu saya bertanya lagi dan dia buat tak tahu je. Buat kerja dia. Oh sungguh biadap. Tindakan perlu diambil. Kalau nak layan orang mcmtu tkpayah duduk dalam sector customer service eh.

Dirty toilet

Everytime we went to the toilet,the toilet seem to be very dirty.isn’t there any cleaner???if do have pls terminate them.they didn’t do their work properly and no supervision at all.pls,this is the mall that my family go frequently and yet not able to keep the toilet clean.if not we better change to other hyper market

Rude Guard

Today ( 25 November 2018) , I went to Mydin Pulau Sebang Tampin. When I reach Mydin, I saw a guard standing there and block my car when I want to parking. Then, I opened window and asked him the reason. He said all parking full with rude sound. Then I asked him where could I park my car and he say NO NO NO with rude sound. I shock with his attitude and service. I asked him why your sound so rude. Suddenly, this guard throw his ID Mydin Card to my car and called me to complain at Mydin. Then, I went to customers service counter and told to manager about his attitude and service. This guard eventually does not confess exactly what He's done just now. I am so dissapointed with Mydin management and services to customer. I hope Mydin Management will take a quick action to this case.

Lastly, this guard name is CHANDRAN (926821) - outsource security.

Staff and management

On 22 nov , around 3pm.- 4pm . I and my mom went to purchase groceries at mydin mutiara rini, johor. After made yhe payment at the counter , as usyal we exit through the exit door and suddenly the alarm activated. Then the guard stops us. They check all the purchased items and couldn't find anything. Then they took my mom's bag and purse to scan, it seems the alarm activated, then they pull the purse from my mom and start to accuse there is something in her purse. The purse was bought in mydin kulai, few years back. And they found that there were some tag inside the purse and that tag is activating the alarm. I'm totally pissed out, how can a purse which been purchased fews years ago can suddenly trigger the alarm and why the tag was not removed in first place when the purse is purchased. Then i demand want to met the manager to give proper explaination. While waiting for the manager, all the staff look at us as though we were some accused and make us stand there ( in front of counter) , while other customers were looking at us. They really humilate us . When tbe manager came , he told that he want to check cctv and re - confirm. I told him that i want to make a proper complain if there is no evidence found in the cctv. After few minute, the guy return back with some other staff and said that the tag was the cause of the alarm. When i ask him whose fault is that in first place, us as a customer or the staff who never do proper job..he answer that it is not the staff's fault. If it is not the staff's fault the who else... the other guy told that we are making noise which cause humilation to us. They never realize the stupid mistake by their staff cause so much humilation for the customer and once they found out the actual cause, there were not even a single attempt to apologize to the customer inconvenience. Mydin management must seriously educate thier staff on how to handle customer sensitivity. They should be trained on how to handle customer with much integrity. They are try covering their own shortcoming by blaming and humilating the customers. Such a shame.Even they need to educate honesty to their staff as even the security guard is lying to cover her fault.
Such a horrible experience. Never want to step into mydin again.

Kebersihan Kain telekung

Kami sekeluarga telah berkunjung je Mydin Cawangan Taman Batik Sg. Petani....pada keseluruhannya Saya amat berpuas-hati kecuali kemudahan di bilik solat.. terutamanya bilik solat wanita dimana ketika Isteri saya hendak solat telekung yg disediakan amat berbau dan tidak bersih macam tiada sebarang pemantauan dan senggaraan dilakukan. Mohon pihak tuan bertindak atas perkara tersebut demi keselesaan pelanggan.

Assalamualaikum n salam sejahtera....Sya nk buat complaint mengenai kaunter bayaran...Sya sebagai pengguna terasa sangat terkilan dengan staff mydin BUKIT MERTAJAM JALAN BARU...rmai orang nak buat bayaran tetapi kena beratur panjang....kaunter buka 3 sja.. lepas tu ttup pulak 1 kaunter tinggal lagi 2 kaunter ja..Sya lihat staff banyak saja takkan diorang tak boleh backup skejap bila kaunter busy...benda ni selalu terjadi sangat...Sya harap pihak tuan/puan dpt ambil tindakan segera...

this afternoon i just bought some nasi lemak went inside and buy some fruit sald from mydin food court...... but the guard and the managment come and scold me that cnt bring outside food but i was just take it and im not thinking for eat at the food court ....why they can complanit us first ...... how rude they are. AND HOW DID YOU ALL MANAGE IN THE BIGGEST MALL???

rude cashier

pada hari sabtu yang lepas saya telah berkunjung ke salah satu mydin di manjoi ipoh perak . saya membeli tiga jenis barang iaitu Bater,Susu Yougurt, dan Rexona.. pada jam lebih kurang 7:15 malam.. ketika saya ingin membuat bayaran saya melihat customer yang lain beratur panjang oleh kerana banyak cashier yang di tutup di sebab kan waktu rehat .. mydin tersebut hanya membuka 3 atau 4 kaunter sahaja... saya beratur di kaunter 10 barang ke bawah kerana saya hanya membeli 3 barang sahaja.. saya melihat mengapa terlalu panjang and terlalu lama menunggu.. pada ketika itu saya melihat kaunter 10 barang ke bawah tersebut melayan cust yg membeli satu troli penuh.. mengapa ini terjadi ?? di manakah ketegasan pihak mydin?? dan satu lagi cashier yang duduk di kaunter 10 barang tersebut terlalu perlahan menjalan kan kerja nye.. dan banyak bersembang dengan pelanggan dari kerja nye... saya sudah merasa berang ketika itu.. 10 minit kemudian saya melihat cashier cashier lain baru pulang dari waktu rehat nye.. saya pon pindah ke kaunter sebelah... apabila saya berdiri di kaunter sebelah. cashier tersebut marah pada saya dan menghalau saya. ia mengatakan (lambat lagi dik)!!!!!
saya bertambah marah dan di selubungi rasa malu!!! kemudian saya berpindah ke kaunter biasa.. setelah 15minit menunggu baru saya dapat membuat bayaran .. saya hampir menghabis kan masa hampir 1 jam untuk 3 barang tersebut!!! setelah membuat bayaran saya melihat cashier yang menghalau saya sebentar tadi berbual dengan rakan nye di hujung kaunter sana!!!! lagi saya bertambah marah... dan juga di mana senior cashier pihak mydin tersebut pada ketika itu?? mengapa susunan jadual tidak tentitif??? pada hari minggu sepatut nye cashier harus di perbanyak kan kerana ramai pelanggan membeli belah pada hari itu!!! minta maaf dari saya ianya memburuk kan imej seluruh mydin!!!!

With due respect i beg to say that my name is Muhammad and i am working as a General Worker in Mydin Mohamed Holdings BHD Subang jaya Malaysia.
In here Malaysia Dete: 17/03/2017 Mydin Arranged Medical test (FOMEMA) at KLINK ALAM MEDIC After few days result announced result shows that i am suffering Syphilis.
I am shocked and than i make decision to go any other hospital for my personal satisfaction so I go to Subang Jaya Medical Centre for test after test i saw medical test reports i am confused because test shows that I am not suffering any viral disease my test reports are clear.
Sir/Madam i am belongs to a very poor family and my family totally depends on me here is my career, how i arranged money for come Malaysia No One know better than me.
Kindly Please help me on this situation i need your serious help I am a waiting for your response.
I send you scan copies of test result in attachments.
