I'd like to complain about the cleanliness of mydin's seremban 2 bathroom on the first floor, near to the store HOT MARKET. The bathroom is filled with cockroaches. Everyday without fail, whenever i enter the bathroom i will look for signs of cockroaches, and sure enough, they were there. every single stall. even the mirror, sink, and walls.

On the 19th of July 2023,Wednesday, two male cleaners came to clean the ladies bathroom . i asked them if they were going to WASH the bathroom, and one of them nodded their head. i told them I'd like to use the bathroom for a while. so i went into the bathroom stall and did my business. when i was in the stall, i saw them mopping, thru the space between the door and the ground. and when i went out of the bathroom, they were already gone. Is that what you call cleaning? Just swishing the mop here and there and thats it? Dont joke around. Cleanliness is no joke. Do your job properly.

I want to see the bathroom clean, spotless, and not a single cockroach in sight. One more time i see a single cockroach, I'm going to write a real letter of complaint.
