Denied rebate

I went to mypromochoice to apply for my $150. Costco gift card for signing with T-Mobil. The first question is to enter the promo code. The promo code is typed, not hand written, on the rebate form. I entered the promo code a note came back, “no promo code like that is found”. So is that it? I don’t know what to do but put it on the complaint board
