Missing cookies

I apologize for not having a receipt. Just got of the phone with customer service, I was told the cookies I questioned about was $2.49. thought it was a little higher.. On June 17th I went to Foodmaxx where I purchased an 15.25 oz. of Nabisco Chocolate Oreo.
When I later opened, yes they where not tampered with. Only too find some of the cookies were gone.My assessment was 1/2 a row and a couple off the top middle row. i would say around 110 cookies. Then when I went to eat them the one side of the cookie was crunchier than the other. side. didn't taste right.
my question to you Mr. big company , What are going to do to make this right , one customer that has been buying Oreo forever.. To make me trust you to spend my money. I figure it will take a lot. Thank you in advance for your prompt attention to this very stressed filled matter. Have a splendid day!!!!!
