Premium plus

Just bought a box of premium plus crackers , 450 grams box and they are terrible , look over cooked , taste like cardboard appear burnt . I have never had any issues with your crackers before so was very disappointed. I have attached photos of the crackers as well as the expiry date and use.

Taste

I have enjoyed PremiumCrackers for years,I always have a box in my pantry, but I stopped for a couple of weeks and when I started back only to find out you guys change something,well whatever you changed it’s not working, it taste terrible, it’s like eating a mouthful of dough, its thick and starchy and not welcoming at all, even my grandkids don’t like the taste any more, I guess I will be looking for a more tasty something to snack on,would be nice if you guys could change it back, it wasn’t broke why are u fixing it????Dissappointed Lisa from Montreal..

I threw out 1st box thinkin they had somehow gone bad , nope second box same taste !!! Awful !! I want credit for this plz

premium plus crackers robbed

I have purchased Premium Plus (Salted Tops) 1.35Kg size cracker box from Costco over the last few years and the last two boxes have changed. This goes back to maybe last spring time frame. What i have noticed is the crackers are thicker but simple with more air in them and the holes are even bigger. I have been buying these crackers for years and they are clearly changed.
From what i see, this is a cost cutting measure since there are now less crackers in each sleeve pack and thus less crackers per box. Theoretically even the increased hole size in each cracker has reduced the size and amount of each cracker. i would bet the box of crackers has maybe 5-10% less product and yet the cost to me is the same. This is not right. I feel robbed!
I have also noticed on other forums about this that the taste is different and less salt. It seems many are not happy with your change. Change it back to the original recipe and procedure before i change brands. not happy here with others.

Premium crackers

I have been a consumer all my life. And my children love them too. Not anymore :( I just threw out a box and a half and plan to shop for another type from another company. Yucky stale taste. MEGA FAIL
