I just purchased a package of Nabisco Original Saltine Crackers and they are frankly awful. They taste beyond stale, have a very unpleasant flavor and I couldn't even eat two of them. I am, 67 and have been buying Nabisco Saltines since taking over my family shopping and food prep for the past 50 years.

The crackers burn my mouth, have a very stale and unpleasant flavor and not even my highly omnivorous dog will touch them.

I cannot find the confirmation code ending in 40799 but did find 20Dec16AHE02.

How can I get a box of non-vile, edible crackers or my money returned? Please make the crackers taste good again because these truly have a gag factor of 10+.
