My father has been a loyal customer of the Premium Saltines line
Of crackers for over 30 years now and would like to express his recent disappointment in the quality of crackers being sold. He has even tried purchasing them in different stores including Meijer, Walmart and Save A Lot and has found the Premium Saltines to be continually less than fresh and most all of them broken in their packages when unboxing them. We have pictures of such issues as well. When trying them myself I could not help but agree that they almost had a stale taste to them already regardless of the unexpired nature and the unopened package, as well as over 60% of the crackers in the sleeve being broken to a point one needs to pour them out of the sleeve. Because he has been such a loyal customer for such a significant amount of time he wanted me to write you in hopes of change.
