The NACA promised me in July they could help. I gave them everything they ask for. Bank of America promised many times our modification would be done. Well in July Bank Of America put our mortgage payment in escrow wont except it. I contacted their presents office nothing was done. Now because of both NACA and bank of America lies we are in worse shape then ever. BAnk ruined my credit on purpose. NACA told me not to pay my taxes in December because modification was almost done. Now they tell us they suspended my case and wont help. Now bank paid the taxes with out even telling us. SO now if we don't give them way more money then we can afford monthly we are going to lose our house. Now I am disabled and my wife works hard and is battling cancer. Because of the Banks fraud and the NACA lies we are going to be homeless.

I had loss my home to Wells Fargo after being layedoff after 14 years in 2005. My family and I started the process in November 2011 here we are in July 2012 and I am not any further than before it is like having a carrot placed in front of you with no hope to obtain. The only thing I regret is all the people I sent to them thru our church. I was told of their poor practices and repeated lies I foolishly did not listen. The saddest thing to do is look in your childs eyes and say we sorry baby we trusted the wrong people and for now we are still homeless.
