Multiple Unwanted Phone Calls RE car warranty

This company calls me up to 10+ times daily. I just want it to stop. This is a scam and considering the millions of tax dollars provided for consumer protection, it befuddles me how these people operate openly and freely without obstruction and harass people who have no mechanism to make it stop!
