About past due amount

Got a letter from Total Customer Service Inc. informing me that National Magazine Exchange has placed me delinquent account with there (Total Customer Service inc.) office for collection of $357.24 National Magazine Exchange account: 16347900, Total Customer Service: 1629998, my question is how do I get a delinquent of $357.24 for what I didn't receive anything from National Magazine Exchange this is ridiculous
