We have excessive money in our escrow trying to get nationstar to refund what is more then thet need they said they would send us a paper to sign so they could send it to us we never get the paper call them it the same thing it got lost in the mail will check into it thet charge us to much money for our escrow bank of america would send us a check for the extra nationstar will not give us our money dont know what else to do they will not even send us a monthly statement we dont know nothing about our mortage can not on there web site either we are not behind
