My home was foreclose March 16, 2017. Nationstar refused to work with me. Explained to me that they
are not obligated to provide me with a principal reduction or loan modification. Nationstar also refused to
allow a short sale. The entire process was wrong. I am now requesting compensation from the Chief Trial Counsel
Enforcement Unit of the California Bar Association for the amount of money I have paid to have an attorney
represent me in a lawsuit against Nationstar. I was in litigation when my attorney was disbarred. This gave
Nationstar the opportunity to foreclose.

There seems to be no recourse for fraud. Nationstar, now Mr. Cooper has violated CA laws that were put in
place to protect homeowners from foreclosure. As a result, I am now forced to start all over again with purchasing
a home. Twenty percent down was also taken. I had a right to receive relocation fees under the HAMP. The
entire law was ignored and banks continued to seize properties from minorities. The entire mortgage crisis was
planned. I want justice.

Had 4 investment properties. only 1 loan was according to the rates and terms other. ballon on one when it was to be a year loan its been years and we still owe the same. Gross mishandling of the escrow account year after year. every year we dread it because we have to talk to 10 different difficult people to get it fixed then it happens again the next year.
They have now forced placed insurance when they themselves were in charge of the escrow and have always had sufficient funds
because of mishandling some policies were paid more and other not at all. We told them we would our own taxes and insurance and were flatly denied and continued the butchering of the escrow handling.

we literally gave up.!!!!!!!!!!
