FEES,PHONE CALLS,Made to Default
My loan started out with Countywide who sold it to Bank Of America who sold it to Nationstar the worst They had me behind from the start 3-1-13 never got statement said i was behind 1 month and in default sent in to payments now 4-1-13 Statement comes I notice fees for late fees, inspection fee, phone fees now my payments are coming up short not being applied correctly. You try to call no one answers always a recording. I have been in trouble with this loan ever since its now 2018. I have been in pre- foreclosure Law suit since 12-16 I go to court on 3-27-2018 This is the third time in court. I owe them about $22,000.I have $70,000 thousand equity in house you would think it would be easy to refinance it thought Nationstar But they don't want that cause they don't make no money if you are current on your loan.Nationstar did not want to wok it out .They just want to drain out equity in home The longer it takes the more MONEY! they make they are the server on the loan they only make money only if they can keep you in a late or default state on the loan.Once the court grants judgment to foreclose they also make money serving the house after foreclosurer Inspections, lock changes, grounds up keeping till all money drained out. Nationstar does not own the loan they just service it till the end. So i am going to fight it in court show the facts on them I have to put house up for sale 3-1-18 . I hate it but that's how this has ended Ripped off by a loan shark! Nationstar Mortgage now MR. COOPER should be called MR. POOPER
