This company claims they are a "professional" debt collection company. They are far from professional. They just called an 88 year old woman to demand $536.00 for carpeting in an apartment that she used to live at. The unprofessional jerk that called her belligerently harassed the living daylights out of her. She is on a fixed income of just over $1000 a month and they want $536 right now. Cannot even cut her a little lee-way to the third of the month when she actually gets her social security check. This is a "professional" debt collection company? Really? I personally cannot believe that we as a country allow this type of abuse to our elderly to happen. A company should have some ethics, decency and common sense. This company call NCC Business Services has absolutely none of these attributes.

These people are very unprofessional and rude. If they think you don't know your rights, they would lie and tell you anything.
