Signal keeps fluctuating continuely. Phone won't stay connected to internet
I have contacted Net 10 5-6 times in one month regarding problems I keep having staying connect end to the internet. The signal to my phone fluxuates constantly. Which continues to interrupt my internet connection. Did factory reset,dailed *22890,took battery out and restarted phone. Manager said they must be doing maintaince on our tower. This is a lie. On settings in my phone I can go to about phone to battery status and it shows strength of signal. It will go full streght to half strength to no signal at all . This phone replaced my old phone and I am to the point of changing carriers if you can't fix this problem. On top of all this when I call service I am on the phone for hours. And still the problem hasn't been fixed. I just added more airtime and it's been a waste of money. I want this problem fixed or Air will no longer be a customer. This was sup post to be a better phone but it's not. I hate it and being on the phone with this company. Fix It Now !!
