Customers are worthless netgear tech negligent

My d6300 was not working. Called tech they said do a few things and it killed router. Completely. They wanted to charge for a Reurn. Router was 2 days old!!!! Return delayed four time all the time I had no Internet and could not work.
Netgear kept moving date. In the end I sourced a replacement myself. No compensation. No gesture to put tight. They even changed the CEOs email after I moaned to him. So email [email protected] and moan.
