Yesterday my 6 year old nephew was playing a game on my phone and purchased extras. I called google play and the refunded my money with out hesitation. Today i went to pay my car payment and the transaction was declined. I have 1200 availiable on my card due to direct deposit of my check. I call netspend and they ask if i authorized a 99.99 transaction. I explained what happened and google took care of it. She explai ed she noticed the refund and my card was blocked as a courtsey. I explained I didnt file a dispute with netspend and did not request a new card so I do not understand why due to a reversal they felt the need to block me from accessing my money. She then told me that i needed to call back tomorrow and talk to someone else to get my card unlocked. My payment is due by midnight or i get a 25.00 late fee and they wont allow me to get my money...wow...i have been waiting on a supervisor for 34minutes and still noone...sad part is they done this before for an "unknown reason" other than random security check...i work hard and am being told try tomorrow to get access to your money...what...and whos payi g rhe late fee with sandanars finance...hmmm.me thats who..

Had money missing off my netspend card. $600
Called them they said no I took it. I said no reported it & nothing!!!!! Took all except ,$15. When I went to use it took all , but 3.00. said it was fees.....Crazy
