Cant get ahold of anyone locked account

For the second time my account has been locked. I can not access my funds i can not get into my online banking. The only opinion i have is to call. On friday i waited on hold for over an hour just to be hung up on without ever speaking to anyone. On Saturday i called several times and the recording said that call volume was high so they weren't taking any more calls to go online and hangs up. So now its sunday and day 3 without access to my funds my first two attemps i got the same recording as the day before my third attempt i finally have been placed on hold. Im still on hold after 50 mins. I need access to my funds to feed my kids this is beyond an inconvenience!
