Stealing Graduates Exam Fees!!

I graduated and scheduled a certification exam with PearsonVUE and they placed me at a testing site named New Horizons Computer Learning Center in Amherst NY. I walked in and introduced myself to the lady behind the front desk when she didn't even smile and asked for my identification. I handed her 2 forms of identification and asked about test scheduling at that location. She had no schedules. I asked if their company hosts the second part of the certification course at that location, and she replied with the same rude, "I don't know we just administer whatever is scheduled." mid-sentence, and then asked if I was ready to take the exam now, or did I want to wait until the scheduled time. I opted to test immediately, and then she asked me to empty my pockets into a nearby locker and started naming off all sorts of rules regarding abusing breaks, cheating, phone calls, and other test center policies. Then she asked me to sign my name on a couple of signature capture pads and told me to double check my pockets before entering the testing lab. I found 14 cents left in my right pocket, pulled it out, showed it to her, so she knew I wasn't hiding anything. She then says I could "Write me up" for trying to bring items into the lab! I said woah, woah what does 'Write me up" mean- please don't write me up for pocket change. I asked if she had anything in writing that defines this disciplinary action and she said no. Then I asked if there was anyone else there who has anything in writing regarding their sites' policies if it's different from what pearsonVUE emailed with CompTIA's page links? She said no. That's when I asked for her manager. It ALL went downhill from here, folks... She told me that she is a manager, and to have a seat while she called someone in line behind me. I waited for them to finish when I approached her desk again to ask for her manager or corporate telephone number. I just wanted to take my exam! She told me again that she WAS the manager, and she WAS going to allow me to take my exam until I began demanding a manager and her name, now I would have to reschedule! Just because she can make me. I asked another employee in the building to help me identify her, and that's when she accused me of "causing a disturbance", and I would need to leave now, or she would call the police! I told her to please call the police (I needed to identify her anyway) and I waited outside for them to arrive. I told the police everything, and the officer completely understood about reoccurring problems at this New Horizons Computer Learning Center site, but he couldn't force them to allow me to take my exam. It's a private building. That's when he encouraged me to do some homework. When I got home, I found tons of complaints about these scam artists all over the internet! They have been causing problems with a lot of people regarding contractual fees and civil litigation! I called PearsonVUE to reschedule and found out that New Horizons Computer Learning Center has already opened a payment dispute with me and my exam voucher! Their business model now involved fleecing students out of their exam voucher fee because they aren't making any money doing anything else! Every one of their students and employees is either scam victims or fraud. Straight scumbags.
