My son walked in snow and got his shoes wet. The shoes were put on a heater vent with baking soda and the smell won't leave. It smells similar to cat urine and pine tree. I washed them and again used soda to air dry but smell is horrible. My son just started having me by nike we used to be addidas. His feet have never smelled even when sweaty and now this shoe has ruined socks and I told them they have to be thrown away! They are like new condition minus the smell so it sucks to throw them away but I give up! I guess I say no more nikes!
