Fraud with break promise about discount issue

Dear to tcmhb,

I'm would like to inform your since last week sunday 15th Oct 2017, I call up to your hq to make a complaints case issue regarding about discount issue at pj branch ss13 showroom,sales order customer name (tan ngok eng) and (tiong kek ping) both of this owner order one unit Nissan Almera vl spec and one unit Nissan Almera e spec! Since Monday your hq got a person call me back and answers me will be investigated this case and will let me know result by Tuesday 17th October 2017! Even still pending also will let me know!! But I ot have received any calls by your hq department person and also just received call by your this branch manager ss13 name call (mike choy)! He call up to tell me just only can help for appeal back a rm500!! Since this case when I booked the first unit on 2th Oct 2017,owner name (tan ngok eng),got a sales advisor call to me name (Isabelle ho) also refferal by his branch manager (mike choy) order her to tell my customers nissan Almera this model will be the last day offer discount by 9.5k!!!! The reason is tcmhb will be suddenly announced for revising 2k by tomorrow 3th Oct 2017 then become my customer need to get this discount 9.5k to avoid the revising less 2k discount, and also my customer go to do all the documents needed and a booking fees for key in system!!! Second units owner (tiong kek ping) also is me confirmation to order by late a bit around 8-10th Oct 2017,some more customer also said if this second units also will be can appeal by same discount 9.5k then customer only confirm to buy second units !!!! Since im a third party person as a broker to do this report complaints also by this case for help (tcmhb) nissan brand about this case issue problem and help your hiding my customers all the problem about the discount will can't follow by the day promised 9.5k!!! Since I had a heart tof kindly to help this problem for avoid to let cusfomer knew! End up last week Saturday 14th October 2017 when I go for the event at pj ss13, suddenly told me can,t give anymore by both of this 2units car and also got a person name (John foong) to tell me all the rubbish reason by the issue happen out also because of this branch manager ss13 no have inform him and very no responsibility to inform him (John foong) about your internal issue for plan key in order by my case (rebook issue) become no more about the discount when become me also don know this orderc cancel nu as they And still without my customer approval ! More funnty is yesterday 17th Oct 2017 the branch manger told me can't get back the discount anymore ?!! And also I got some text can proof that alll also become your ss13 branch manager (mike choy) to promised at all discount to his staff sales advisor!! Some more still want tell me again don't trust about his head of religion manager John foong on the day event last week Saturday at ss13 showroom about issue happen cant appeal also because branch manager (mike choy) do the rebook without him permission and become my customer both of this units almera can't get back anymore about discount 9.5k, and yesterday 17th Oct 2017 afternoon the ss13 (mike choy) branch manager ask me please don't trust John foong said anythings on the day events about that issue effect my first unit rebook !!! Come on please la, I really don't how to trust your staff (tcmhb) anymore and also they position so call a leader and head also! I not have so much times play with your this all issue and waste my time become fraud my customer !!! Since your staff want to treat my customer like that and not have responsibly to call up customer to settle , then I just can tell (tcmhb) , this all story me will be inform my customer soon and your just get a ready to solve this all shit! As long as I knew , dato tan eng chew won't be deal a business become like this and also break promised to giving!!!! Worst come worst I also will report to japan side nissan if your never take any action to this case! By the way I'm as broker third party to make this report complaints because of customer got sick of strock
now at hospital become inconvenience to make it out this alll complaints! And also I really don't want to accept any call from your pj ss13 branch manager name (mike choy) call me up to ask me bring in a unit trade in car (nissan Sentra 1.6sg)2005 to get back this 9.5k discount and also this car trade in price RM10,500.00 requested by my customer but (mike choy) told me can't do this price but ask me help for bring into muv first to grab the offer 2k to cover back and then only ask my customer used car company side go to muv bring out back this car!! May I ask is it nissan tan Chong got this terms offer additional 2k? Why when I sign the time no had inform me first? when I sign this unit on 2th Oct 2017 on that time, I had tell to him no trade in car and also he said ok can give discount 9.5k,end up when I need make downpayment then only tell me so many reason about can't discount 9.5k! Can your tell me or teach me should I need to answer my customer? Since he as a branch manager also break promise like fraud my case and customer booking with loan of undertaking letter done also! Hopefully your can help me to solve this case and also this is your (tcmhb) existing customers since 2005 bought a unit Sentra and their family also,please help for appeal since my customer booking on 2th Oct 2017 and follow by your staff pj ss13 branch manager (mike choy) to give that offer 9.5k!
