Bought a car before lockdown. On the day of collection was when I asked the mobilising key was told that the car has one key of which was unaware about that not was not even inform about that. Then sales man told me to speak with the manager after 2 days went back and spoke with the manager told him with my complaint . He told me that he is going to investigate the case. After few days without hearing from him went to the office again ask how far is the investigation . He then 5old me that his guy said he informed me about the 5he key of which he never mentioned to me. I felt so undermined and what is worse few days later I had noticed that one of the door rubber is loose I don't know what to do as I wrote and send him an email of which he never responded. I have decided to return the car now.
